Energy Boost Bars

Preheat the oven to 180ºC

Chop the dried fruits.

Mix with cereals and seeds.

Add the milk, sunflower oil and honey.

Pour the mix into a tray and spread the dough.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Cut into squares until it cools.

  • 25 g raisins
  • 25 g prunes
  • 50 g dried figs
  • 250 g oats
  • 35 g toasted sesame seeds
  • 30 g chia seeds
  • 25 g hemp seeds
  • 25 g flax seeds
  • 150 g cereal
  • 250 ml milk
  • 40 ml coconut oil
  • 130 g honey
