Oven Baked Falafel with Tahini Sauce
Preheat oven to 200ºC.
Rinse and drain soaked chickpeas. Add chickpeas to the food processor. Pulse until coarse.
Add onion, garlic, parsley, lemon juice and spices.
Pulse mixture in the food processor until finely ground.
Form the mixture into wallnut-sized balls.
Transfer balls to the oven tray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes and enjoy with tahini sauce on the side.
- 400 g soaked chickpeas
- 80 g onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 20 g parsley
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 3 g ground cumin
- 3 g ground coriander
- 3 g onion powder
- 20 g all-purpose flour
- 35 g whole wheat flour
- 30 g olive oil
