Adauga semintele chia in laptele de migdale, asteapta pana se imbiba.

Intr-un blender, amesteca bananele, mango-ul si ananasul pana devine o pasta omogena, dar inca groasa.

Adauga mixtura de fructe in laptele de migdale si amesteca bine.

Adauga toate ingredientele pe ananas.
